President Barack Obama will not use the word "genocide" today when he issues a statement remembering the slaughter of more than a million Armenians during the last days of the Ottoman Empire.
FINALLY, something President Obama and I AGREE on! While there is no doubt that a massacre occurred, whether it was the product of genocide as it is commonly defined has yet to be proven and any use of that term prematurely could negatively impact the already tenuous reconciliation between Turkey and Armenia. It would also certainly strain our relationship with Ankara--an ally who directly affects US foreign policy in many more ways than just supply lines into Iraq. Mr. President, enjoy this small moment of adulation--I doubt there will be many!
All those who know and love Wendi are aware that she rarely fails to have an opinion and is never afraid of sharing it--to her mind, it is the sacrifice she is called to make for the intellectual growth of others. So, pick a subject--any subject and ask Wendi her opinion.

In addition to funding research into world domination methods and providing small business incubators for other boxers who aspire to be entreprenuers, he can also present you with a diploma from the J Edward School of TV Evangelism and Faith Healing, for a nominal fee of course.

Legal disclaimer (otherwise known as "the fine print"):
1) All conversations submitted hereto will be evaluated not only for content but for proper use of grammer and punctuation. Please do not bore Wendi and her over-acheiving followers with the dribble that passes for language nowadays (i.e. LOL, U substituted for You and this frightful habit of substituting numbers for words--it is "before", not "B4").
2) In keeping with Rule #1 and in return for Wendi providing you a place in which to seek her counsel, she asks that you also proofread your submission for spelling errors. She is aware that those who grad-je-ated from public school after 1990 were never taught the necessary, life-affirming art of phonics, but that generation has also grown up in the era of computers so she is certain any potential blogger saavy enough to find "According to Wendi" would have spell-check available for use and hopefully is aware of how to deploy it. The only exceptions to Rule #2 is for Wendi's mother who is probably the only person left on earth who has a computer but can not find that particular function and for her Turkish friends who have no grasp of the concept of "a", "an" or "the". They alone are excused from Rule #2.
3) In Wendi's world (i.e. this blog), there is no cursing or discussions of what item you used in what oriface last night. All such posts will be immediately removed. It was suggested by Wendi in the forming of this Rule that anyone who has nothing better to do than ignore Rule #3 be told that Walmart is always hiring! The offender should get off the computer and either become gainfully employed or register at a university. Both paths would be superior to the one they have obviously chosen to date.
4) There will be NO advertisements allowed--ever! Wendi and her discerning followers are not in need of bladder control garments, cheaper medications, hormonal, medicinal, mechanical or any other aids designed to increase the size, shape or appearance of the male genitalia or is required for the grateful satisfaction of her female followers. No one's life will be filled with regret if they miss the free vacation in exchange for 90 minutes of their time or a sure-fire business opportunity whereby they can work from home selling products they do not have to see, ship or even pay for. The country as a whole definitely does not need more proven methods for erasing debt legally, more information on where to find emergency sources of money which can be loaned at 97% interest with no waiting, nor does America require more easy credit for purchasing items they do not need or have sufficient cash reserves for. Lastly, Wendi and her followers are not interested in pocketing any portion of the millions of dollars your deposed dictator of a husband left you but for which you are at a loss as to how to transfer out of your third-world country into the United States. These, and all solicitations like them, will result in the blogger being banned from Wendi's kingdom.
5). Wendi is an unrepentant advocate of the freedom of speech. Her life's motto is: "Speak your mind, even if your voice cracks"! If after clearing all four of the roadblocks above, you decide to risk exposing yourself to ridicule by posting herein, make certain (unlike the journalists of the New York Times) that the information you are basing your argument on is factual. Do not waste Wendi's already diminishing spare time with mis-information similar to the following: Barak Obama refused to use the Bible when he was sworn into the Senate, that he is not eligible to assume the Presidency because he is not a natural-born citizen, that the positive proof of his birth on American soil is forged, that deodorant causes breast cancer, that further stem-cell research only encourages abortion, that cell phones fry brain cells, that the fundamentals of child development will be forever stunted if Johnny is not assured that there are no losers, that all terrorists are Muslims and every believer of Islam is required to build a bomb in his/her basement to further the global jihad effort, that the Holocaust never happened or was not as severe as reported, that guns kill people, that teaching the Declaration of Independence as part of our nation's history is harmful to impressionable minds because it contains the word "God", that both the Bush Administration and Mossad not only had actionable foreknowledge of 9/11 but were actively involved in its commission and finally, that there is no bias to found in today's mass media. If this is all you can come up with, please move on...
